CA Sachin Tulsyan is a Member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and passed out his CA final exams in the year 2007. Sachin did his articleship training with RSM and Co. and Singrodia Goyal & Co. and during his articleship, he handled various assignments in the field of Statutory audits of listed and unlisted Companies, Bank Statutory Audits, Concurrent Audits, Stock Audits, Internal Audits, Due Diligence assignments, Special investigation audits etc.

Before starting the firm, he carries with him 19 years of post qualification experience of working with boutique investment banks viz. Ladderup Corporate Advisory Private Limited and Resurgent India Limited.

During his working with Ladderup and Resuegent, Sachin handled various assignments and gained vast experience in the field of debt syndication, Private Equity syndication, Mergers & Acquisitions, IPO Advisory, Demerger Advisory, Inbound Investment Advisory, Corporate Restructuring, Buyback Advisory etc. During his working with Ladderup and Resurgent he helped various companies in raising funds to the tune of approx. INR 2,000 Crores.

Sachin is currently heading the Mumbai Office of the firm and his area of work and expertise includes Corporate Finance, Government Subsidies, Corporate Advisory, Capital Market Advisory, Private Equity, M&A, Project Implementation, Incorporation of new Companies, Auditing, Preparation of MIS, Budgeting, Business Valuations, Due Diligence, Variance and Capital Project Analysis.

Sachin is active in various social and professional groups and organisations in Mumbai like, RVG Educational Foundation, Bombay Chartered Accountants Society, Bharat Vikas Parishad, Rajasthani Seva Samiti. He is also active participant in various seminars and conferences organised by CA institute and other professional bodies in India.

B. Com, CA and Qualified Information System Auditor (DISA), Saket Agrawal carries an overall work experience of more than 13 years in the field of Accounts, Finance and Audits. He passed out the CA final exams in Nov 2012 in first attempt. Saket has completed his article training from a reputed CA firm Singrodia Goyal & Co. in Mumbai and post qualification he had worked with Grant Thornton, Mumbai.

He has vast experience in the field of Statutory Audits, Tax Audits, Special Audits, RoC Matters and Internal Audits. He also holds a valuable exposure in management of compliance, tax related matters and BFSI sector (Banking). He has completed Concurrent Audit Course conducted by ICAI.

His experience spans a wide spectrum of businesses such as Manufacturing, Pharmaceutical, Real Estate, Service, Textiles, Gems & Jewellery, and FMCG. His technical expertise, incisive knowledge and understanding of the domestic and global business environment is pivotal from both advisory and implementation perspectives.

He has participated in several conferences and seminars relating to professional development viz. Audits, Taxation, Company Laws etc.

At A S A T & Associates, Saket is mainly handling Audit, Taxation, Due Diligence and special assignments, and all other financial advisory and consulting services.
